Loadstar is a service aimed at mobile content companies for deploying content through the mobile internet with minimal user interaction. The system is built for distribution of Java games and applications, but can be used for any downloadable content such ringtones and wallpapers. Loadstar is hooked up to Novasa's handset database, which consists of more than 1200 devices, all categorized into groups of similarly featured models. On the front-end, a nifty script detects the user's browser type, and redirects to the propper version of the content. You just have to send a link to your users by SMS, and Loadstar will take care of the rest. If a phone cannot be detected, the user will reach a page where all available phone models can be selected.

We will also work with you to customize Loadstar exactly to your preferences, like offering a number of download codes for scratch cards, or autogenerating URL's.

Security is important, especially for Java products. To avoid that users share download codes with their friends, their friends' friends, and their dentists, we have built download completion technology right into Loadstar. As soon as the product has been successfully downloaded, the download link will be inactivated. You can keep track of user activity, so that you will know if a user has trouble downloading a product.

The mobile front-end will look exactly like you want it to look. We will make sure that users will never feel like they left your brand. We even give you the option to use a generic download domain, that will not be associated in any way with Loadstar or Novasa. You can also point your own domain or subdomain to our server, for the ultimate integration.
